The Rilion Gracie Jiu Jitsu Association of Palm Coast, located on Palm Coast Parkway, is the premier academy for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Palm Coast. Our goal is to provide the highest level of expert training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu available in Flagler County. In fact, the Rilion Gracie Jiu Jitsu Association of Palm Coast is the only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy in all of Flagler County under the direct supervision of one of the legendary Gracie practitioners. Rilion Gracie is widely recognized as one of the best Jiu Jitsu practitioners in the world and is the only member of the famous Gracie family teaching in Florida.

Because of its proven effectiveness for self defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training is in high demand in the law enforcement industry. Rilion has instructed members of the U.S. Armed Forces, law enforcement officers, air marshals and security professionals. Similarly, Peter Pitts-Dilley, our head instructor is certified to teach both Level I and Level II Army Combative Techniques and has had several years of experience teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to the U.S. Army Special Forces.

Jiu Jitsu, however, is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, body type or physical ability. By using leverage, balance and technique, a weaker individual can defend themselves against stronger, more physically capable opponents.
